As you all know, me+hubby+baby Lex+Ince (the nanny) were in another city on Feb 6-9, celebrating Chinese New Year there with hubby's Mom and his two older brothers' wives and kids (hubby is the youngest child in his family... the third son).
Up there is baby Lex, on Chinese New Year's cloudy morning sunshine. We were about to get ready to visit hubby's Mom, when I saw him there by the huge window. I grabbed my camera. And voila... there you go, two silhouettes of baby Lex in the SHADOW.
Another weekend is coming soon. Have a great one there (^_^)v
Well done, Livy .. he looks like a great thinker already, strong will and knows what he wants *winks* LOVE it !!!!
Thx so much, Esti. Your comment makes me speechless. It's so TRUE !!! So glad you like the pictures (^_^)v
I've visited your PPF, and I really like the coconut tree's shadow by the beach of Phi Phi island. I'm so grateful you already out of that place before the tsunami wipe off the whole place. I can't imagine what happens if you were thinking for staying there for another week (>.<)
Ohhhh, so cute!! I hope u have this pic displayed !.. Love it Livy! Its funny what fascinates a child isn't it? the simplest things hold their attention. Thanks for coming by.

Thx, Chris. As you wished, I have the picture displayed now in my main page. Come and take a look. Enjoy it as long as you like. I put it there just for you (^_^)v Yes... kids are so open with every new things in their daily lives. IF only we could see some things from their point of views, this planet could be a much better place to live in.
Thx, Jaya. I like the picture of your temple. It's really unique. Especially when its shadow never fall to the ground like the others around it. COOL !!!
I came here for PP and only see a form to add a picture to the slide show =/ Guess I'll refresh and see if something shows. Did you know you can host your images on Multiply and embed a slideshow of them in your blog?
Thx, Celena. I've seen yours. It's so fresh looking and I'm curious about the snow that's quite high around the trees. Just wondering... ehehehehehe... (^_^)v
Shadow of a child ... can't go wrong with that ... so sweet ... great capture! -- 7 woofs!
Thx, Jim. Your comment makes me feel so happy (^_^)v I went to your post and got amazed by the Roseman Bridge. It's so cool and very historic. I bet it could make a great shelter from the heavy rain, for those who are on foot or cycling.
Thx, Harriet. I like your picture as well. It makes me feel so sleepy and very relax, cos I do know how it feels to stay in that room. The air is gonna breeze so cool and fresh. Just a piece of heaven on Earth (^_^)v
Thx, ND. The huge Ceiba tree you have there really reminds me of my hometown. There are some of them near the city's post office. I love to stand under their shadows while waiting for a public transport to pass me by. The air there is so cool and fresh (^_^)v
Mercy, Patrick. I really enjoy your fun raptor there (it's a raptor, right? Cos it doesn't look like a friendly dino, and not as fierce looking as the famous T-Rex).
Thx, Sue. Your lifeguards are also looking so cool there. Wish I could swim as good as them, then I won't have to be so afraid with wide open water like the sea.
Nice shot, he looks like he's playing with the light.
Thx, Mitchy. I really admire your self portrait. Sooo COOL !!! I've been trying to master it for months, but still never satisfy with the results. Yours is really good there. Great job !!!
Thx, Linda. I love your post more than your picture, cos it's so beautifully written. You're so sensitive and your story really touched me. Great post !!!
Thx, Lintang. Your castle is so mesmerizing. The lining trees at the entrance makes it looks so grand and green. Maybe I should thinking about owning a castle someday. Waaaaaakakakakakakakakakakakkakakkk... (^_^)v
Fuihhhhh Lex is growing like a flash! Nice take on theme Livy. I believe day by day your heart is blooming like a rose for him. OK, mine is posted ...http://gaganawati.multiply.com/journal/item/14
Thx, Annie. You have a lovely spacey kitchen there. Must be so flooded with the warm morning sunlight when you're cooking the breakfast. Sooo LUCKY !!!
He looks so cute in both of those pictures... I like it so much. He is a big boy now, isn't he? *smile* Thanks for sharing these, Livy! Give him a big hugs for me, please? Talk to you soon!
Thx, Mel. You have a cute Mr. Man there, playing with the mountain goats in his first field trip. I wonder what baby Lex is gonna do with his someday (^_^)v
Hi Livy, What wonderful photos of your little guy! I love the shadow of him and the shadow on that beautiful floor you have. These are fantastic shots of a darling little boy!!! These are surely worthy of framing - but of course, I think you know that! :-) Take good care - Big hugs to all. - Marcia

Thx, Marcia. You're so sweet. Yes, I'll have them framed and put them in the living room, so everybody could come and see him. I just have to find the right frames first. Your picture for this week's challenge is a great one. Really relax me and cool me down every time I lay my eyes on it. Great job !!!

Thx, Lusy. Yes, he's a big boy now. Time flies so fast. A little red new born baby that I brought from the hospital in December 2006, now could hug and kiss me and call me, "Mam-ma!" Yep, I'll give him a big hug for you. If you ever seen him, you'll wanna hug and kiss him for sure. And once you kiss him, you just wanna kiss him again and again. He's sooo kissable (^.^)v I like your picture there. The shadow of your room in the afternoon light is so perfect. Reminds me of my parents home, back in my hometown. I miss them so much. I'll give them a call tomorrow morning (^_^)v
Thx. You're rattan ball lamp shade is very unique. It's use as a traditional ball game here in my country, so I never thought it could make a cute lamp shade. Great idea !!!
Thx, Kimmy. Your cats are also so cute, and very unique ones. Never know that cats have those staring competition as well. Maybe they communicate to each other telepathically. Ehehehehehehe... (^_^)v

I'm not very good in computing. So using some difficult features are some hard work for me, and sometimes the results are not as good as it should be. But I keep on learning and try my best here. Wish me luck (^_^)v
Thx, Vanessa. Your picture about the ever changing shadows in those carved spirals is really a great one. Very cute and lovely. I should go there with my family someday, and experience it together with them. Must be a fun thing to enjoy under the hot sunshine. Gotta bring lots of sun shield there, or maybe simply take some large umbrellas with me (^_^)v

Thx, Gana. Yes, I never thought a baby could be growing so fast. He makes me realized that I'm aging so quickly now, ehehehehe... (^_^)v Your picture about Wayang Kulit is really a great take for this week's theme. So deep and very meaningful. Great job, Gana !!
